Please note our Cancellation Policy: 

The Play and Drama Partnership aims to be as facilitative as possible to prospective and continuing participants on the training courses and workshops.  Early Bird details and ordinary payments are published with all courses.  We understand that people are occasionally unable to take up their course places.  The following conditions apply.

 

- Cancellation more than 28 days before the start date: full fee refund less 10% administration fee

- Cancellation more than 15 days before start date: 50% refund less 10% administration fee.

- Cancellation less than 15 days before start date: no refund is due.

 

In case of serious accident or death of close relative, a refund will be considered on compassionate grounds, on an individual basis.  Please send full details in writing.

 

If you are able to find a suitable replacement for your place, please inform us and request the person contacts us immediately.  It may be possible to grant a part-refund. Thank you.
